Kimetrius Christopher Foose, 25 of Waynesboro — also known as Lil Skies — was arrested on the criminal charge of "Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle," the Chambersburg police department announced on May 31.
Lil Skies is accused of causing a crash in the 1100 block of Main Street but "failed to stop to exchange information with the other driver," the police stated in the release.
He was arrested on May 20 but clearly was released as he posted on Twitter/X three days later.
Court records show that he has previously been charged with disorderly conduct and fighting in Franklin County, serving ARD and 72 Hours of confinement. But court records for his most recent offense were unavailable at the time of publishing.
Lil Skies has had many songs on the Billboard Hot 100 list — including twice in 2018 for “Nowadays” at 85 and “Red Roses” at 98.
